The Cabinet of Ministers allocated 2.4 billion hryvnias for the restoration of Kyiv region

The Cabinet of Ministers allocated 5.4 billion hryvnias to 10 oblasts for the restoration of educational institutions, health care, centers for the provision of administrative services, critical infrastructure facilities, etc. Kyiv region was allocated 2.4 billion hryvnias.

KV became aware of this from the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.

“On July 4, the Cabinet of Ministers decided on the distribution of almost 5.3 billion hryvnias of subventions among the communities of 10 regions: Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Cherkasy and Chernihiv,” the message reads.

It is noted that the source of the subvention is the funds allocated by the European Investment Bank within the framework of the joint program of Ukraine and the EIB “Ukraine Recovery Program”.

From this amount, 2.4 billion hryvnias were allocated to Kyiv region, which will be directed to the restoration of educational institutions, health care, health care centers, critical infrastructure facilities, etc.

Such data was made public by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko. According to KOVA, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in the region, 27,226 objects have been destroyed or damaged.
